Letter From The Chairman 

To our family members who have grown alongside us, and to our trusted partners:

Warm greetings!

Looking back to 2004, we started from a small workshop in Santun, Houjie, with only a few underwire forming machines, bra adjuster buckle equipment and clear shoulder strap equipment. Our original aspiration was simple: every accessory must live up to the people who use it.

Over the years, our technicians and R&D team have worked tirelessly to keep our equipment evolving: underwire forming machines developed from standard models to PLC-controlled computerized machines, and further to our self-developed CCD vision intelligent machines; our fully automatic adjuster buckle and bra back-closure production lines advanced from semi-automatic to fully automatic high-speed operation. We established an R&D department for die-cast metal accessories, repeatedly refining drawings and mold precision, and expanded from a single underwire product to a one-stop supplier of intimate apparel accessories across the full underwear category. We have been granted more than 50 patents. With solid craftsmanship and consistent quality, we have grown into a trusted partner of leading domestic intimate apparel brands and premium customers in Europe and America.

No matter how advanced our equipment becomes, nothing can replace the strength of a united team. I still recall senior employees staying late to train newcomers during equipment upgrades; at critical mold-development stages, our teams volunteered to work overtime to optimize solutions; during the pandemic, colleagues stayed at the factory to safeguard production while logistics staff prepared warm meals; whenever employees encountered hardship, the company did its utmost to support them. This family-like solidarity is the foundation that has carried Xiangya through every storm and kept us moving steadily forward.

While growing our business, we have never forgotten our social responsibility. Over the years, we have provided relief during floods in our hometown and supported students in mountainous regions. I have always believed that the value of a company lies not only in making good products, but also in passing on this kindness and warmth.

Looking ahead, we will remain true to our original aspiration, keep deepening our focus in the fashion accessories sector, and strive toward a world-class goal — making Xiangya manufacturing synonymous with reliability, thoughtfulness and warmth.
