1. The art of wrapping steel rings and fabrics

The steel ring must be completely wrapped in fabric, and the wrapping layer cannot be too thin. Xiangya uses double-layer high-density mesh fabric to wrap the steel ring, which not only prevents the steel ring from penetrating the fabric and hurting the skin, but also avoids the fabric from being damaged due to long-term friction. At the same time, the shape of the steel rim should be consistent with the cutting curve of the cup fabric, otherwise there may be awkward situations such as "the steel rim protruding" or "the cup mouth not fitting properly".

2. Mechanical transmission between shoulder strap buckle and fabric

The shoulder strap buckle is usually sewn at the back of the cup, which bears the pulling force of the whole body weight. If the fabric elasticity is too high and the buckle base is too small, the pressure will be concentrated on a small area, causing creases. Xiangya's solution is to add a non elastic load-bearing fabric (usually nylon Oxford fabric) under the buckle to distribute pressure over a larger area of the fabric, just like using a wide waistband to distribute heavy pressure.

3. Synchronous attenuation of elastic accessories and elastic fabrics

Underwear can become loose over time, often due to the asynchronous decay of fabric elasticity and accessory elasticity. For example, the rubber thread in the shoulder strap has lost its elasticity, but the fabric is still tight; Or the fabric may be loose, but the back buckle can still be fastened. When selecting materials, Xiangya will require that the fatigue resistance of underwear accessories matches the service life of the fabric, ensuring that both are "retired" simultaneously and avoiding "local failure" of a piece of underwear.

4. Visual unity between decorative accessories and fabrics

Decorative accessories such as bows, pendants, and hollowed out lace, although not providing the main support, are the "beauty responsibility" of underwear. The design principle of Xiangya is that decorative accessories cannot damage the overall structure of the fabric. For example, sewing heavy metal pendants on lightweight silk fabric can cause deformation of the fabric; Stitching hard glue on elastic lace can damage the elasticity of the lace. Therefore, the weight, hardness, and sewing method of decorative accessories should be negotiated with the characteristics of the fabric.
